Three Layers of Absolute Containment

The inner layer keeps caustic, corrosive agents away from the metalized outer layers. The metalized foil middle layer creates a non-porous shield with a 0.0000001 parts per million moisture/vapor transmission rate (MVTR) that will contain biohazardous infectious diseases, as well as offensive fluids and vapors. The outer layer provides incredible tensile strength and durability, making it extremely resistant to punctures and tears.

Advanced Heat Sealing Technology

The BioSeal Systems material is comprised of six compressed layers of a poly-aluminum foil/poly co-extruded laminate. When you heat seal the material, you have essentially welded a flexible, lightweight metal pouch. As the seal is created, the material deforms, giving obvious, visual confirmation that you have successfully achieved Biosafety Level 4 containment of your human or animal remains.
