Growth & Vision

The BioSeal System is the only Biosafety Level 4 containment solution on the market today. Exceptionally versatile and truly unique, BioSeal Systems’ patented technology represents a tremendous opportunity for continued growth.

  • Technology
In 1997, our unique containment technology was granted U.S. Patent #5,659,933, which covers the process of heat sealing human and animal remains within our advanced poly–aluminum foil–poly co–extruded laminated BioSeal Systems material. Extensive testing performed by government, military and private sector institutions has repeatedly validated that our material and methodology meet Biosafety Level 4 standards as set by the CDC.
  • Competition
BioSeal Systems is a sole source manufacturing point; we have no competitors. This is a key benefit for our government agency clients. Since we are a “sole source provider,” the requirement for additional bids is waived, significantly accelerating the procurement process.
  • Past Performance
When we first launched our business in 1995, we experienced steady and predictable growth of 4 to 6% annually. However, after the terrorist attacks of 9/11, our growth increased significantly, and often sporadically, with sales growing 40% at times. Recently, our sales growth pattern has settled into a profitable 25% annually.
  • Anticipated Growth
The BioSeal Systems solution has earned a stellar reputation for dependability, durability and ease–of–use, preparing us for continued longevity and growth in our current worldwide markets. We anticipate a major source of revenue will come from repeat selling to existing clients: funeral homes and mortuaries will order additional roles of material; medical institutions will order additional systems for different facilities; government agencies will order multiple system to disperse throughout their territory.
  • Market Expansion
Over the years, our product offering has continuously diversified as we developed modified applications for specific industries and applications, often in direct response to requests from end users. With a flexible technology that lends itself to creative, innovative containment applications, we are poised for expansion into new market segments of the death care management industry as well as new industries altogether, such as food packaging and artifact preservation.

Versatility:

Since its introduction in 1997, our advanced technology has proven time and again its ability to adapt to a multitude of scenarios that require the highest standards of containment and protection.
